PERSONAL CARE

We provide professional, respectful personal care, so that clients feel safe and dignified. Services include hygiene assistance, showering, dressing, toileting, shaving, skin care, and settling in for the evening routines, among many more essential activities.

DOMESTIC SERVICES & SHOPPING

Our dedicated care workers can help with various household tasks like laundry, ironing, vacuuming and preparing hot or cold meals.

We can also help you create and/or purchase shopping lists. With our transparent money handling policy, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that we will provide receipts and account for all expenditures.

REABLEMENT

Reablement is short-term care after illness or hospital discharge, that helps our clients relearn how to do daily activities, like cooking meals, washing themselves, getting dressed or moving around their home safely.

PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION

Our Care Workers will check and/or assist you in taking your medication on schedule, with detailed records accessible to other healthcare providers.

They can also pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy and coordinate with healthcare professionals as needed.

ESCORT SERVICES

Our care workers can be booked to escort you outside of the home to ensure your safety and comfort. Such as to hospital visits or SEND school drop offs and pick ups.

We can also accompany you on errands like going to the bank, shopping, or dining out.

SITTING AND SLEEP IN SERVICES

For clients who can provide sleeping facilities, care workers can stay overnight (based on a 9 hour shift) to offer peace of mind to clients who don’t need nighttime care, but feel safer with someone nearby for assistance if needed.

RESPITE CARE

Our respite care is a flexible, short-term solution that ensures your loved one receives professional care in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. This service provides family caregivers with the opportunity to take a well-deserved break, allowing them to relax and recharge.

LIVE-IN CARE
